Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local laws, and you agree to respect public order and personal privacy. You assume full and sole responsibility for all content you provide to the Service or generate using the Service ("User Content"), including any actions you take to share or distribute it.

1. Access and Use of the Website

License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable right to access and use the Website.

Usage Restrictions. This license is for non-commercial purposes only.   • Consists of unsolicited bulk content (spam) or attempts to generate malicious software.
  • Makes provocative political statements or is used for political campaigning.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Infringes on any third party's rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

You must not:

  • Use the Website in a manner that violates territorial restrictions or the terms of our third-party providers.
  • Promote or assist in any unlawful acts.
  • Use output content to develop AI models that compete with our Services or with services of our service providers.
  • Use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
  • Attempting to or assisting anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Service, including our models, algorithms, or systems (e.g., through model extraction or stealing attacks).
  • Using any automated or programmatic method to extract data or Output from the Service ("scraping"), other than as permitted through the Service itself.
  • Representing that Output from the Service was human-generated when it was not.
  • Using the Service in connection with any high-risk activities or use cases where failure or fault of the Service could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage, such as (but not limited to) the operation of weapons systems, military and warfare, management of critical infrastructure, or life-support systems.

3. User Content

Definition. "User Content" includes any content, data, or information you provide to the Website (e.g., prompts or text, "Input") and any content generated by the AI on the Website in response ("Output").

Ownership and Responsibility. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain all rights to your User Content and bear all responsibility for it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your Input to the Service. You are free to benefit from digital versions of your User Content, provided you comply with applicable laws.

Third-Party Provider Rights. You acknowledge that certain third-party providers (whose services are integrated into the Website) may use your User Content as outlined in their respective policies ("third-party licenses"). By accepting these Terms, you consent to the potential use of your User Content by these third parties under their licenses.

Similarity of Content. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Output may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical content from the Service. Output generated for other users is not considered your User Content.

"Share Chat" Feature.

Our Website may permit you to share your User Content from a specific chat via a public link (the "Share Chat" feature).

  • When you create a public link, you create a static, publicly accessible copy of the entire chat conversation at that moment.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share. Before sharing, you must carefully review the entire chat to ensure it does not contain any personal, confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or unlawful information you do not wish to make public.
  • Once a link is created, you lose control over its distribution, and anyone with the link can view it or share it further.
  • The shared chat is an independent copy. Deleting the original chat in your account or deleting your account will not delete a previously created shared chat.
  • For the sole purpose of operating this feature, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and make the chat snapshot available to anyone who accesses the public link for its defined retention period.

4. Third-Party Materials and Services

The Website integrates third-party materials, APIs, and technologies. Your use of these is subject to their respective terms. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and will not use any copyrighted or trademarked materials as Input Content.

Integrated materials include, but are not limited to:

6. Disclaimers and Content Accuracy

"AS IS" Disclaimer. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We provide no warranty, express or implied, that your access to the Website or its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Content Accuracy Disclaimer. You acknowledge that given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of the Service may in some situations result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. The Website and its content, including all Output, are intended solely for general information purposes. The Output should not be relied upon as the sole source of facts or truth. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice. Factual information in the Output may be incomplete, misleading, or outdated and must be independently verified. 7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability. We shall not be liable for damages related to products, services, or information provided by third parties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You use the "Share Chat" feature entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or losses (including reputational, financial, or data-related) arising from your decision to share your User Content publicly.

Indemnification. You are solely responsible for any violations caused by your use of the Website, including breaches of intellectual property rights or other illegal actions. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us, our successors, assigns, licensees, partners, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, and damages arising out of your use of the Website.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through a pre-judicial claims procedure. A party must send a formal claim to the other. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the initial claim, it will be transferred to the competent courts of Cyprus.

Class Action Waiver. You agree to waive the right to pursue or participate in any class action proceedings related to the Service.
